NexusHD2-IceCreamSandwich is a HD2 ROM based on Nexus One's AOSP ICS ROM which is compiled from the source code.

• Include tytung's 2.6.32.15 ICS kernel beta 6.
• Include tytung's ICS ramdisk (initrd.gz).
• Include the required files (not in AOSP ICS) from my AOSP GB ROM (i.e. NexusHD2-Gingerbread).
• Please give credits to texasice (for N1 ITL41D ROM), ankuch (for EGL and software video codec) and me (for the new ITL41F ROM, the kernel and other fixes) respectively if you reuse any of our works. Thanks.

• cLK kernel: NexusHD2-Kernel_2.6.32.15_tytung_ICS_Beta6-cLK-update.zip.
• MAGLDR kernel:NexusHD2-Kernel_2.6.32.15_tytung_ICS_Beta6-MAGLDR-update.zip. (This is included in the ROM in default.)

• Please use at least 200MB system partition and 2MB cache partition.
  • Please refer to ksubedi's HD2 NAND Toolkit and/or mskip's guide.
  • Cache partition (/dev/block/mtdblock4) is only used by CWM.
  • Cache partition size is not important because I use data partition (/dev/block/mtdblock5 is mounted as /data/cache) as cache space (/cache) when running Android.
  • If your HD2 has bad NAND blocks, you may need larger partitions.
• Full Wipe.
• Flash the ROM.
  • MAGLDR: Flash NexusHD2-IceCreamSandwich_Beta6.zip, then reboot.
  • 　 cLK　 : Flash NexusHD2-IceCreamSandwich_Beta6.zip and NexusHD2-Kernel_2.6.32.15_tytung_ICS_Beta6-cLK-update.zip, then reboot.

• Flash framework-res.apk_v401_without_softkeys.zip (Default in ROM.)
• Flash framework-res.apk_v401_with_softkeys.zip (You need to change ro.sf.lcd_density from default 240 to 200 or other values to fix the overlay of the softkeys and the keyboard.)
